Citroën C-SportLounge

The Citroën C-SportLounge is a concept car presented by Citroën in 2005 at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

It is a front wheel drive vehicle that includes 1,997 cc (1.997 L; 121.9 cu in) engine, 6-speed automatic transmission, 255/40 R20 tires.[1]

The body has drag coefficient of just 0.26.

The interior design was inspired by aeroplane cockpit.[2]

The car was designed by Citroën Design Chief Jean-Pierre Ploué.[3]

Citroën DS5

It was reported to be a premium diesel hybrid vehicle based on the body of the C-Sportlounge. It includes HDI diesel engine with an electric motor that drives the rear wheels. The hybrid system, PSA HYbrid4, was developed by factories in Mulhouse and Sochaux, France.

The hybrid powertrain would also be used in Peugeot 3008.[4]
